DIRECTIONS:

1. Lay out a design of a letter or a picture on tracing paper.

2. Transfer design.  This is done by adding pencil to the BACK of your design on the places you drew. 

3. Next,  turn over tracing paper to original orientation and re-trace your design on the parchment paper.

Please include:

• at least 3 patterns

• a person or animal integrated into your letter or design

• illumination

• text using your quill saying something in latin

• Detail! Detail! Detail!
